About Daniel and Aja
Daniel is one of the new generation of tango dancers in Buenos Aires. He has trained with many of the greats over ten years including Gustavo Naveira and Giselle-Anne, Mariano 'Chicho' Frumboli, Sebastian Arce and Mariana Montes. His main education is based upon the El Motivo Tango teachings with Luciana Valle, Dina Martinez, and Valencia Batiuk. Daniel's style of dancing and teaching tango is to stress natural movement and comfort in your connection.
Aja Fenn has been dancing tango for ten years coming from a classical ballet background. She has studied extensively in Buenos Aires and her teachers include Chicho Frumboli, Eugenia Parilla, Gaston Torelli, Mariela Sametband, Moira Castellano, Pablo Inza, and Matias Facio. Aja's teaching focuses on a holistic approach to tango where both partners understand their own role and that of their partner manifesting a deeper connection through the dance.

Come along with an idea or concept you wish to explore. Take your time discovering nuances in the lead and follow. Try new ideas, try new embellishments. When lights are turned low - jam it - work out how to integrate it within your dance. Most of all - have fun.
